Stretching Tip: Get on the floor and move slowly. Breathe deeply and hold each stretch for 15-30 seconds.

Meditation Tip: Don’t try to control your thoughts. Just observe them, and BREATHE!(Suggested Meditation Time: 10-15 minutes)
