Sarahn Says Wellness Workshops are interactive programs designed to engage, educate, and motivate you and your team to incorporate wellness into your lives. These workshops are designed to educate attendees on various aspects of maintaining healthy habits and how to make big or small lifestyle adjustments for an optimal living experience. Workshop includes: Staff on site, 2-3 hour event, promotional material, event coordination and materials. Optional included activities: Yoga, goal setting, journaling, mindfulness meditation, facilitated discussion strategies for stress management, workplace wellness hacks, healthy-but-easy recipes and smart snacking ideas, motivation and goal setting strategies, and tips for striking a work-life balance. Please note: All workshops include some level of physical activity (ex: stretching, walking around, etc.) Workshops are customizable upon request.
To cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Deposits will not be refunded if session is cancelled 24 hours or less before scheduled session. Session can however be rescheduled with email confirmation from coach/clinician.
