Service Description

Sarahn Says speaking engagements take audience members on a journey to understand the what, the why and the how, of making transformational changes in their lives. Event attendees will be called to identify their personal goals and start working right away to cultivate a more fulfilling and fruitful existence. Possible Topics include: Millennial self-awareness through grit, gratitude and goal-setting, development of new skills and habits, capitalizing on your strengths, overcoming weaknesses, expanding your comfort zone, improving your ability to learn from mistakes and failure, upgrading your interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills, strengthening your relationships, and unlock your life’s purpose. Light physical activity, meditation, and handouts can be provided upon request.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Deposits will not be refunded if session is cancelled 24 hours or less before scheduled session. Session can however be rescheduled with email confirmation from coach/clinician.
